Elka Collective offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided the garments are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, unless deemed faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
